Lighthouse Program | 5-Day Cohort Program

This 5-week cohort program guides leaders through a structured journey to drive meaningful organizational impact. 


Each week focuses on one of four core areas: aligning strategy, people, and purpose; turning opportunities into measurable results; cultivating trust and authentic partnerships; and shaping a thriving organizational culture. Through interactive sessions, practical exercises, peer collaboration, and actionable takeaways, participants develop the skills and confidence to influence strategy, inspire teams, and implement sustainable change. 


Each week, participants will complete practical application homework designed to reinforce learning, which is reviewed and debriefed at the start of the following session. 

Pre-Work | DISC Assessment & 1:1 Coaching Session

Before the program begins, each participant completes a DISC assessment and engages in a private coaching session to interpret results, identify growth opportunities, and set personal learning goals 

→ We start with the “why.” Leaders first need clarity on purpose, strategy, and alignment before they can act 

Week 1. Impactful Purpose: Aligning People, Strategy, and Meaning

Lay the foundation by exploring how to align strategy, people, and purpose. Gain clarity on the “why” behind your role, and begin applying purpose-driven decision-making to your real-world context.

 🔶 Debrief Pre-Work Experience + Practical Application Homework Assigned

Week 2. Impactful Value: Turning Opportunities into Outcomes

Learn how to connect strategy to execution, foster innovation, and deliver measurable results. Practical application homework ensures you can turn opportunities into tangible outcomes. 

→ Once purpose is clear, focus on identifying opportunities and delivering measurable results. This grounds purpose in tangible outcomes.

Week 3. Impactful Partnerships: Building Trust and Authentic Connections

Strengthen your ability to build trust, navigate organizational dynamics, and create authentic, collaborative partnerships that expand your influence. 

→ With purpose and value established, leaders can then strengthen the how—building authentic relationships and trust to expand influence 


 🔶 Debrief Week 2 Assignment + Practical Application Homework Assigned

Week 4. Impactful Culture: Shaping a Culture That Last

Discover how to craft compelling narratives, reinforce positive behaviors, and sustain a high-performing culture that endures beyond individual initiatives.

→ End with culture, because it integrates purpose, value, and partnerships into a sustainable way of working. Culture is the legacy leaders leave behind.

Week 5. Graduation and Integration

Celebrate your journey, share insights with your cohort, and solidify your learning. Walk away with a practical roadmap for continued competency growth and a strong network of peers to support your success. 

→ A capstone week to reflect, integrate, and celebrate growth while reinforcing community and peer networks
